About the Experience
What can I expect from Babylon Park?
Babylon Park is an underground, three-story, space-themed amusement park in the heart of Camden. It features a variety of rides, games, arcades, and immersive VR experiences. Babylon Park is also home to London’s only indoor rollercoaster.
Where is Babylon Park located?
Babylon Park is located outside Entrance 2 next to Media Mark in the Westfield Parquesur Shopping Center, located in Leganés, Madrid.
Is the experience indoor or outdoor?
Babylon Park is fully indoors and has air conditioning, making it a great destination regardless of the weather.
How long does the experience last?
With an online ticket, you’ll enjoy unlimited access to all rides and games* for 2 hours of non-stop fun.
If you prefer to pay-as-you-go, there’s no time limit — stay and play as long as you like, depending on what you purchase onsite.
Please note: Entry to Babylon Park is free, but access to rides and games requires a valid ticket.

What attractions are available at Babylon Park?
- Ground Floor: Reception, sweets shop, merchandise shop.
- Mezzanine Floor: Ovo & Neta restaurant (serving pizza, hot dogs, ice cream, waffles, and more), soft play areas for toddlers and kids, and an events room.
- Basement Floor: Performance stage, rides, amusement games, arcades, and a winner’s station.
- Rides include: Rollercoaster, drop tower, bumper cars, alien ride, axe throwing, carousel, convoy, kiddie wheel, dance challenges, and more.
Is Babylon Park accessible?
Yes! The entrance is level with the pavement, and a lift is available for access to the mezzanine and basement floors. However, for safety reasons, some rides may not be accessible.
Are there restrooms on-site?
Yes, restrooms are available on the Mezzanine and Basement floors.
Will food and beverages be available?
Yes, the Ovo & Neta restaurant on the Mezzanine floor serves a variety of food and drinks. Vending machines are also available throughout the park. Please note that outside food and drinks are not permitted, and alcohol is not allowed in the venue. Vegetarian options available.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, merchandise is available for purchase at the venue.
Is there parking available?
There is no dedicated parking at Babylon Park. However, parking spaces can be found nearby in the local area. The park is easily accessible by public transport, with Camden Town Tube Station (Northern Line) a short walk away.
Who is Babylon Park suitable for? Is there an age requirement?
Babylon Park is suitable for everyone - there is no minimum age. offering rides, games, and attractions for toddlers, teens, and adults. Some rides have height and age restrictions, which are clearly indicated at the park. You may enter the site without a ticket.
Are prams allowed?
Yes, prams are allowed and there is a dedicated pram/buggy section on the second floor.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are allowed inside Babylon Park, but please ensure their outdoor needs are met before entering.
Can children do VR alone?
Yes, VR experiences are great fun for kids to enjoy independently.
Are there any height restrictions per ride?
There’s a minimum height restriction of 105cm for the rollercoaster and drop tower.

Yes, tickets can be purchased on the door, subject to availability.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Can I get a refund?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?).
You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer tickets for free by selecting "Transfer Tickets" in the Fever App. Please contact us here for additional help if needed.
Can I book for a group?
For private bookings, birthday parties, venue hire, corporate events, and large groups (20+ people), please visit our Group Bookings page and fill out the form. For non-private bookings under 20 people, tickets can be booked through our website.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, digital tickets can be validated via the Fever App. If needed, printed tickets can also be presented at the venue.
I can’t find my ticket. What should I do?
Your ticket with the QR code can be found in the Fever App under "Tickets." If you cannot locate it, please contact us with the details of your purchase.
Will there be additional sessions if my desired time is sold out?
We cannot guarantee extra sessions. Please refer to the experience page for updated availability.
Visitor Information
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended to arrive at the time stated on your ticket. If you arrive late, off-peak tickets will not be accepted during peak hours.
Is there a dress code?
There is no specific dress code for this experience.
Will there be strobe lights?
There will not be any strobe lights inside the park.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience?
There are plenty of rest areas around the park for you to take a break if you need it.
Is there a Lost & Found?
Yes. You can request more info at the venue entrance.
Is coat check available?
Yes. Coatcheck is available and free of charge.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes but we ask you to be mindful of other guests.
Do you offer Carer tickets?
Yes, please ask to speak to the manager in the park who will be able to help you.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired visitors?
Yes and please do not hesitate to let the team know in advance of your visit if we can be of any support during your time in Babylon Park. Please contact us at ‘customer@babylonpark.com’.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Alcohol, weapons, fireworks, glass bottles, sharp objects, illegal substances, legal highs, skateboards, scooters, rollerblades and drones.
Will there be an audio guide?
There will not be an audioguide as this is not needed for the park.
