About the Experience
What can I expect from Babylon Park?
Babylon Park is an underground, space-themed amusement park in the heart of Leganés. It features a variety of rides, games, arcades, and immersive VR experiences.
Where is Babylon Park located?
Babylon Park is located outside Entrance 2 next to Media Mark in the Westfield Parquesur Shopping Center, located in Leganés, Madrid.
Is the experience indoor or outdoor?
Babylon Park is fully indoors and has air conditioning, making it a great destination regardless of the weather.
How long does the experience last?
With an online ticket, you’ll enjoy unlimited access to all rides and games* for 2 hours of non-stop fun.
If you prefer to pay-as-you-go, there’s no time limit — stay and play as long as you like, depending on what you purchase onsite.
Please note: Entry to Babylon Park is free, but access to rides and games requires a valid ticket.

What attractions are available at Babylon Park?
At Babylon Park we have the first indoor rollercoaster, a launch ride, an air show, dodgems, a swing carousel and a waltzer.
Is Babylon Park accessible?
Of course! The entrance is at ground level. However, for safety reasons, some attractions may not be fully accessible.
Are there restrooms on-site?
Yes, you'll be able to access them with your Babylon Park NFC card or wristband.
Will food and beverages be available?
Babylon Park doesn't have a café, but you can grab a cold drink and enjoy some crisps while you wait for the little ones to finish playing.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, merchandise is available for purchase at the venue.
Is there parking available?
Of course! Westfield Parquesur Shopping Centre offers free parking for its customers.
Who is Babylon Park suitable for? Is there an age requirement?
Babylon Park is suitable for everyone - there is no minimum age. offering rides, games, and attractions for toddlers, teens, and adults. Some rides have height and age restrictions, which are clearly indicated at the park. You may enter the site without a ticket.
Are prams allowed?
No problem, you can bring your pram into the park.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are allowed inside Babylon Park, but please ensure their outdoor needs are met before entering.
Can children do VR alone?
Yes, VR experiences are great fun for kids to enjoy independently.
Are there any height restrictions per ride?
Yes, for safety reasons each ride has its own age and height restrictions. Children must be at least 95 cm tall and accompanied by an adult to ride the roller coaster, and at least 90 cm tall, also accompanied by an adult, to ride the drop tower.

Can tickets be purchased on the door?
Yes, tickets can be purchased on the door, subject to availability.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Can I get a refund?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?).
You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer tickets for free by selecting "Transfer Tickets" in the Fever App. Please contact us here for additional help if needed.
Can I book for a group?
For private bookings, birthday parties, venue hire, corporate events, and large groups (10+ people), please visit our Group Bookings page and fill out the form. For non-private bookings under 10 people, tickets can be booked through our website.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, digital tickets can be validated via the Fever App. If needed, printed tickets can also be presented at the venue.
I can’t find my ticket. What should I do?
Your ticket with the QR code can be found in the Fever App under "Tickets." If you cannot locate it, please contact us with the details of your purchase.
Will there be additional sessions if my desired time is sold out?
We cannot guarantee extra sessions. Please refer to the experience page for updated availability.
Visitor Information
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended to arrive at the time stated on your ticket. If you arrive late, off-peak tickets will not be accepted during peak hours.
Is there a dress code?
There is no specific dress code for this experience.
Will there be strobe lights?
There will not be any strobe lights inside the park.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience?
Yes, there are tables and chairs in the park. They can't be reserved, and we can't guarantee availability.
Is there a Lost & Found?
Yes, just ask one of our Human Helpers.
Is coat check available?
No, you'll need to look after your own personal belongings.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes but we ask you to be mindful of other guests.
Do you offer Carer tickets?
No, we don't offer any discounts.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired visitors?
Yes, and if you need any help, just let one of our Human Helpers know and they'll be happy to assist.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Alcohol, weapons, fireworks, glass bottles, sharp objects, illegal substances, legal highs, skateboards, scooters, rollerblades and drones.
Will there be an audio guide?
There will not be an audioguide as this is not needed for the park.
