Please note that Babylon Park internal currency has no cash value, no expiration date (can be used at any time in the future) and cannot be transferred to other users or redeemed for cash. In other words, users cannot receive a monetary refund for unused Babylon internal currency purchased from Babylon Park. All purchases made using the Babylon services, including Babylon Park internal currency, are final and non-refundable. In the event of any purchase disputes, users should contact Babylon Park’s support team using the contact information provided in our Terms of Use, available here. Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances. Refunds for purchases or recurring charges may be requested by contacting customer support via E-Mail at customer@babylonpark.com. Babylon Park reserves the right to grant a refund or a credit applicable to purchases made via email at its discretion. The decision to refund a charge does not imply any obligation on the part of Babylon Park to issue additional future refunds. Should a refund be issued by Babylon Park for any reason, it will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. Babylon Park will not issue refunds by cash, check, or by any other payment mechanisms.
